What guests actually do
A guest scans the code, their phone opens a page in the browser, and they choose photos or take a new one. There's no download, no sign-up form and no waiting for approval — the upload finishes in a few seconds and the guest can put their phone away.
Where to put the code
It works well to print it small on table cards and again, larger, near the bar or the entrance. Print it a third time by the dance floor — the same code, printed again — to catch the photos a table card misses later in the evening. You can reprint or reposition the code any time before the day — it doesn't change once it's live.
What happens to the photos
Every upload lands in your private gallery in full resolution, visible to you as the host straight away. The guest pages themselves are cookie-free, and everything is stored on servers in the EU — no separate consent banner for guests to click through before they can upload.
