You create an album and share the QR code. Staff upload their photos in the browser — no app, no account, exclusively on EU servers.

Do staff need to install an app?

No. The QR code opens the upload page directly in the browser.

What does collecting digitally cost?

The idea list is free. Collecting costs a one-off fee per album; the Business package starts at €149.

Can we add a guestbook too?

Yes, as an add-on to smaller packages from €19; it's already included in the Business package.
