A bib number plus a time can identify a person — so we treat these galleries accordingly: no facial recognition, no search-engine indexing, no cookies or tracking on participant pages, and location data is stripped from images. Every photo can be hidden with one click, every participant can object, and children's races stay private. Matching relies solely on bib number, course point and time — deliberately without facial recognition, which would be a biometric process under GDPR Art. 9.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace our photographer?
No, it complements them. A photographer covers one or two spots; spectators are everywhere.
Do you use facial recognition?
No, deliberately not. Matching relies solely on bib number, course point and time — facial recognition would be a biometric process under GDPR Art. 9.
What about children's races?
You mark these races as private. There is no public page for those bib numbers.
Can a participant have a photo removed?
Yes, with one click on their own bib number's page. The photo disappears immediately from all public views.
How reliably is the bib number recognised?
An optional QR code on the bib makes the match practically error-free; split times further narrow down who was at that point at that time. Anything uncertain is put to you for review, never guessed.
What does it cost?
