Two things connect Albumora to your timing: the start list comes in, so photos are only matched to real bib numbers. The link goes out, so every participant finds their photos where they look up their time. Neither needs any development.
The templates below use an example address. Your real templates are ready to copy in the organiser area, on the “Overview” and “Help” tabs.
RACE RESULT
Ready-made template
Start list and results come in by link, and every row of the results list leads to that bib number's photos.
Start list and results
Share an output list through the “Simple API” (JSON or CSV) and paste the link on the “Start list” tab. You can repeat the import, so times and splits follow once runners have finished.
Link in the results list
Open the output list you publish as your results list.
Pick the column that should become the link (the name, for example, or a separate “Photos” column) and open its extended column settings.
Enter the link expression in the “HTML Link as Expression” field.
Optional: add a “Links” element with the same expression to the Participant View. The photo link then also appears in the individual view, next to the certificate.
Optional: show a thumbnail per bib number in a column of its own.
One photo link per event; participants find their pictures there by bib number.
Start list and results
Export the participant or results list as CSV and upload it on the “Start list” tab.
Link in the results list
Edit the event in the ChronoTrack Live admin.
Enter the event address in the third-party photo provider link field and make it publicly visible.
The link appears on the event page. Whoever opens it types in their own bib number.

Limit: ChronoTrack does not document a per-bib link in the results row for outside providers. For the direct route, use the “bib number → link” list and merge it into your results email.
Works through the general route: CSV in, event link and link list out.
Start list and results
Export the participant or results list as CSV and upload it on the “Start list” tab.
Link in the results list
Put the event link wherever your participants find their results: on the event page, in the results email, in the event app.
For the personal link, download the “bib number → link” list and merge it into your results email as a mail-merge field.

Limit: MYLAPS does not document a field on its results pages for an outside photo link per participant. If your MYLAPS contact can enable a custom link column, the general template fits.
Three routes, at least one of which works with any scoring software.
Start list and results
A CSV file is enough. German, English and French column headers are recognised (Startnummer, Bib, Dossard; Zeit, Chip Time, Temps). The only column that matters is the bib number.
Link in the results list
Link column: if your software can build an address from the bib number in a column, take the link template and replace the placeholder with your software's field.
Import: if it can only show fixed values, download the “bib number → link” list and import it as an extra column.
One link for everyone: if neither works, put the event link above the results list. Participants type in their bib number there.

Providers by country
A few vendors build the systems; many service companies work with them on site. Ask your timing provider which software they score with — the guide for that system then applies to them too. If no system is listed, the general route fits.
The companies named are independent and not partners of Albumora unless stated otherwise. Names are listed for orientation; all trademarks belong to their owners. Is your timing provider missing, or is something wrong? hello@albumora.de
